Description

ABOUT CONDITION MONITORING SOCIETY
OF INDIA (CMSI)
Importance of condition monitoring in maintenance of
industrial machinery need not be emphasized. In today’s
competitive world, industries are striving to ensure
maximum availability of machinery. In recent times, lot of
industries started realizing that condition monitoring is
inevitable to maximize productivity. However,
professional knowledge in this field of work is largely
unorganized. Condition Monitoring Society of India
(CMSI) was established in 2003 mainly to achieve this
goal of organizing and enhancing this knowledge for the
benefit of the nation. CMSI brings out a quarterly News
letter “MONITOR” to disseminate the latest trends in
Condition Monitoring among the professionals in the
country and abroad.
About the Conference
As a part of CMSI’s endeavour to highlight growing
importance of condition monitoring, a two day National
Conference on Condition Monitoring (NCCM-2006) is
being organized during December 15-16, 2006. A number
of Condition monitoring experts/practicing specialists
from various organizations, institutes and industries are
expected to participate in the conference.
The conference provides a platform for interaction on
