Description

Cancer Genomics and Emerging Technologies

Join top cancer and genomics researchers at the Cancer Genomics and Emerging Technologies (CGET) Conference in Cambridge, Massachusetts! Formerly known as the SAGE Conference, this year’s meeting has been expanded to include various aspects of cancer genomics, such as novel genomic technologies, microarrays, SAGE, bioinformatics, therapeutic targeting, and functional analyses of cancer genes. The functional analyses section will include investigations into the mechanisms of tumorigenesis relevant to drug development, including novel mouse models and RNAi analyses.

The keynote speaker this year will be Eric S. Lander of the Whitehead Institute at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The presentation will be the morning of October 2, 2006.
