ABSTRACT
HEDIS(R) is a set of standardized performance measures designed to ensure that purchasers and consumers have the information they need to reliably compare the performance of managed health care plans. Senior Manager, DST Health Solutions Kelsey is the Senior Manager of the CompareCare Decision Support product within the Decision Technologies business line of DST Health Solutions. Her responsibilities include oversight of the completion of National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) HEDIS software certification process as well as operational responsibility for web-based decision support product releases. Her work experience includes more than 12 years in both the health/medical field and the healthcare technology industry.
