GlobalPro Training & Development is organising “Total Performance Scorecard (TPS) Executive Workshop” from 14-15 November 2006 at Grand Plaza Parkroyal Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. This is the first event in Malaysia on TPS.

The workshop leader is Dr. Hubert Rampersad, B.S., M.Sc., PhD is an internationally recognized executive coach and consultant in Organizational Behavior and Business Management. He is President of TPS International Inc. He received his formal education in The Netherlands earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.Sc. in Robotics and Quality Management, and a Ph.D. in Management. Dr Rampersad has authored 12 books and more than 100 articles. He is author of the best selling book "Total Performance Scorecard: Redefining Management to Achieve Performance with Integrity" (Butterworth-Heinemann Business Books, USA, 2003) This book is published in 22 languages, thanks to its creative management concepts. His related paper was awarded with "The most outstanding paper award 2004" in the UK. His latest bestselling book "Personal Balanced Scorecard; The Way to Individual Happiness, Personal Integrity and Organizational Effectiveness" (Information Age Publishing Inc.,USA, 2006) has already been translated in 20 languages. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal Training and Management Development Methods, the Journal "Measuring Business Excellence", the TQM Magazine (all in the United Kingdom), the Journal of Knowledge Management Practice in Canada, and Singapore Management Review. Dr. Rampersad has conducted workshops and seminars for leading companies, such as Nokia, Philips Electronics, Lucent Technologies, and Shell Oil Company. He is a world class keynote speaker at various conferences.
