Description

Welcome to the XXXIIIrd annual rgional conference of the West African Society for Pharmacology (WASP), which will take place in Enugu, the Coal City of Nigeria.

The WASP is the umbrella under which Pharmacologists within the sub-region come together to deliberate on issues relating to the subject. Such deliberations come at the scientific meetings through newsletters and publications of scientific journals.

The theme “Pharmaco-vigilance in a developing nation” has been selected to enable us address issues of immediate relevance to the present day Pharmacology in the sub-region.

We know that the coal city is so captivating and serene enough for an academic forum of this caliber. The local organizing committee is working towards securing reasonable accommodation for participants at moderate cost.
