The organizers of the Third Economic Forum, which will be held April
25-28, 2007 at the Castle in £añcut are: the Institute of Economics at the
University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow, and the
Polish Society of Economists in Warsaw. The meritorial partner of the
Forum is BIEC LCC in New York.

The Economic Forum is an international platform for discussion of the
issues related to both the changes and the challenges standing before
Europe, and in particular, Central-Eastern Europe. The greatest attribute
of this Forum is that it provides an international exchange of ideas and
experience among experts, analysists and representatives of public affairs
on the topics of the problems and opportunities standing before the world
today, specifically in the European Union, and in a broad definition of
the labour market.

The theme of the Third Economic Forum is "A Broad Definition of the Labour
Market." The economic conditions in the European Union, and in particular
