The Centre for Science, Development and Media Studies (CSDMS) is organizing egov Asia 2007 Conference at the Palace of the Golden Horses, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 6-8 February, 2007.

As a vital constituent of the ‘eAsia 2007’ the 2nd Annual Asian ICT conference and exhibition, ‘egov asia 2007’ is being organized with a purpose of creating an invaluable Asian platform for consultative dialoguing, strategic planning, knowledge networking and business partnering in the field of e-Government.

egov Asia 2007 will have the participation and engagement of dialogues from different stakeholders representing the government, the academia, advocacy groups, civil society, consultants, donors (bilateral and multilateral), private sector and key decision makers and implementers of the programmes in e-Government to address the emerging issues in e-Government implementation in Asian countries.

Some of the issues/topics, which will be discussed in the conference, include:
