George Agich, Professor of Philosophy and Director of the BGeXperience Program at Bowling Green State University
The Society for Value Inquiry will hold its 34th Annual Conference at Adrian College in Adrian, MI. The conference will be interdisciplinary - submissions from all academic disciplines, from professionals at any stage in their career, are welcome. Submissions may be practically or theoretically oriented, and all papers ertaining to issues in ethics or value theory broadly construed will be considered.
The theme this year is "Social Justice and Individual Responsibility". Papers relating to this theme, particularly those connecting to practical concerns (including but not limited to the justice of war, business ethics, and medical ethics) are especially welcome.
Submissions are due January 16, 2007. Reading time should be about 20 minutes.
