The Home Machine Quilting Association is proud to announce the dates for the third annual Home Machine Quilting Show (HMQS), Thursday through Saturday, April 5 - 8, 2006 at the South Towne Expo Center, 9575 So. State Street, in Sandy, Utah.
The Home Machine Quilting Show features a Vendor Mall of 100+ exhibitor booths, free demonstrations from experts in the field, a quilt display of 200+ gorgeous machine-quilted quilts, a juried quilt competition with over $12,000 in cash prizes to be awarded, and a Teachers’ Quilt Display. In the Vendor Mall attendees can see, try and buy the latest in cutting-edge home-machine quilting tools and techniques. They can also enter to win fantastic prizes!
HMQS will offer classes and hands-on workshops from over 30 of the nation’s top machine-quilting instructors. Class schedules will be available in the show catalog, and electronically on the event web site. This show is open to the public. Show hours are 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is $7, with dollar-off coupons available at www.hmqs.org. Companies interested in exhibiting in the Vendors’ Mall may register for their booth of choice online at www.hmqs.org.
