One and a half years following enactment of the historic Justice for All Act, the Wecht Institute’s sixth annual conference will explore the sweeping impact of forensic scientific advances on criminal justice reform in the United States. To examine and address various legal, scientific, ethical, and political factors that weigh upon policy considerations related to forensic science and criminal justice reform;
To analyze and review the history, limitations and future of forensic science in the advancement of criminal justice reform, and to present models for moving forward.
