JC Partners & Associates (www.jcpartners.net) is hosting the First Annual Executive Leadership Retreat: Taking You to the Next Level of Leadership, to be held October 11 ˇV 13, 2006. The goal of this innovative conference is to enhance the leadership skills of non-profit executives and their staff while inspiring and re-invigorating their minds by providing an atmosphere where they can speak openly to their ˇ§peers.ˇ¨ Leaders will be able to discuss some of the unique challenges they face in starting a non-profit or taking over the reign of a well established non-profit.
They will learn from each other and experts in their field by sharing practical, real-work insights on how their organizations can be more effective, efficient and competitive. At this important event JC Partners & Associates brings together insightful speakers with executive directors, giving them an opportunity to participate in small group discussions designed to spark stimulating dialogue and foster the growth of strategic plans that can be applied to their individual organization.
In addition, participants will be challenged to strategically work through their organizationˇ¦s internal and external limitations that keep them from reaching their individual and collective potentials. Issues addressed will cover fundraising, board selection and development, providing program delivery with limited resources, program outcomes management, database/donor management and acknowledgement, professional skill development and other concerns relative to running a nonprofit.
