Following the track of last 4 successful ISMOT held in 1995,1998,2001 and 2004, ISMOT'07 will be more attractive for the leading participants from academics, industries and governments all over the world. Full paper in double column format, including paper title, authors' names and affiliation, and short abstract are requested. Every paper would be double-blind reviewed. Every paper should be limited to no more than 5 pages, and every added page should be paid additional 100 US$.
