The event organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuami, Ruler of Ajman is the first of its kind to be organized in the Emirate of Ajman and seeks to ensure the sustainable viability of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects through the incorporation of integrated sustainable and urban planning practices.
The AUPC looks forward to welcome participants keen to share experiences and gain new perspectives in latest urban planning and real estate and property development. Keynote Speeches by experts who are globally renowned and the carefully planned discussions will inspire delegates and take their professions to a greater level. In addition to these efforts, there will be a lot of opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing from the workshops and the exhibition organized over the 2 days.
There will be special efforts to involve famous regional and global urban planning organizations. About 500 famous urban planners, architects, landscape architects and real estate & property developers are expected to participate for the first time to discuss important challenges, opportunities & impacts of the future of urban planning, real estate and property development.
