Successful Clinical Development From Effective Cross-Functional Teamwork
Venue: Auditorium Madrid Hotel
|Event Date/Time: Oct 14, 2007||End Date/Time: Oct 17, 2007|
More than ever, success in the field of clinical trials relies on strong and efficient team work. Roles - from trial planning through to its execution, data collection and database delivery - are highly interdependent. Effective interactions are key to running productive clinical trials, with success dependent on a harmonised operation. The DIA’s Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management and eClinical SIACs (Special Interest Area Committee) have decided to continue their close collaboration. This second joint conference will be held in autumn 2007 and will be building upon the success of our first meeting in 2006.
The Power of the Clinical Team
Clinical researchers have long recognised the support and contributions of colleagues in data processing, statistics, safety, laboratory services and IT. The demands on the clinical team increase in line with the complexity in trial designs, specific therapeutic considerations and more stringent regulatory requirements. At this conference we will be interacting with colleagues to address many of these issues that face us and can be more effectively addressed together.
