2nd Assay Development & High Throughput Screening (ADHTS 2007)
Venue: Omni Parker House
|Event Date/Time: May 31, 2007||End Date/Time: Jun 01, 2007|
High Throughput Screening remains to be one of the most challenging and resource-intensive steps in the drug discovery process, with the end result depending on proper balance of assays, experimental design, and data management.
The 2007 Assay Development & High-Throughput Screening Conference aims to present the latest technical advances in cell-based and biochemical assays and data management along with examples of the HTS applications in drug discovery and development.Session on Cell-Based and High-Content Screening assays will reflect emergence of cell-based assays as a major drug discovery platform that eliminates bottlenecks associated with traditional screening. Speakers from Wyeth, GE, AstraZeneca, Amgen, among others will cover many current topics in this area of research. In addition industry leaders will present many new technical developments during the In vitro Assays and Screening Session. Finally, talks on HTS Applications in Drug Discovery plus session on Data collection and Management from pharmaceutical and biotech powerhouses will give the conference attendee a balanced view of the overall drug discovery process.
Please consider coming to Boston for what will be a very insightful and intellectually challenging two day meeting. The sessions will provide a meaningful backdrop for useful discussion and exchange of ideas. Please bring this meeting to the attention of your industrial colleagues as well as industry-minded students who would clearly benefit from this meeting.
This conference will take place concurrently with GTCbio’s 2nd Protein Kinases in Drug Discovery conference. For more information about this meeting, visit:
