1) Scott Lupfer, CISSP, Principal Security Architect, IBM Internet Security Systems

Scott Lupfer is the principal security architect at IBM Internet Security Systems. He has more than 18 years of experience in the information technology and information security industry.

Scott is involved in technology evolution and development, assessment of customer security strategies and requirements, development of security architecture and strategy, and is a respected speaker at security industry events.

Lupfer is a frequent speaker at leading industry events, such as the ISSA Discover Security Conference, SISCON, and ASIS International. He is also a member of many security industry consortiums and working groups and was previously on the Industrial Advisory Board for the Computer and Information Security Master’s Degree Program at Rochester Institute of Technology. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems Management, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH).
