Features and Promotion Planning:
*Online exhibition and spot show are held simultaneously, distributing the product information of exhibitors to all comers of the world.
*China Environment News will run several large-sized ads on CEN and related professional media for the show before it is held.
*Issuing press releases and launching promotional ads utilizing the powerful mass media of Chuncheng News, including Dushi News to attract more local and overseas exhibitors to the show.
*The Expo General Guild to KEPRE Expo will be published as a special supplement to the show, and a Chinese & English-language exhibitor¡¯s Guild will also be published. Both publications will feature a detailed list of all of all exhibitors and will be distributed to show-goers free of charge to better extend the exhibition's effect and help exhibitors develop local and overseas markets.
*During the exhibition period, CEN will offer special space for reporting of show activities every day, in order to reinforce the exhibition's effect.
*Related state-run and private enterprises, industrial associations, as well as academic, research and procurement units will be invited to visit the show on group basis.
*Renewable energy will be the flagship theme for the show. Many foreign companies, especially small & medium enterprises will participate to demonstrate the latest development as well as new application. And some local major industry groups will also take part in the show to create a suitable platform on which can present newest idea or technology from abroad.
Showground Planning and Related Services:
*The show will be held in conjunction with the Kunming EPRE conference, effectively boosting its exhibition effect.
*Specialized exhibition areas are arranged to facilitate visits and purchases by show-goers to intensify the exhibition effect.
*The show organizer will handle the basic booth set-up for exhibitors free of charge, and will offer exhibitors a specified amount of free-charge services such as water and power engineering inside the exhibition hall (see tables for standard rates), so that exhibitors can enjoy the maximum services at the minimum costs.
*Contracted hotels: List and preferential prices will be unveiled during the Expo.
Qualification for Participation:
Any local or foreign producer or distributor of equipment, parts and components included in the specialized exhibition areas of the show, as well as relevant academic research, technical service and personnel training units are welcome to register for participating in the show.
Summary of Activities:
*Registration will be acceptable immediately and continuous until all booths are booked, and those who register too late will be put on a stand-by list.
*A total of USD 1200 is required for booking one booth. Payment for one booth can be made in the form of a check payable and cashable no later than December 5th, 2007.
*In case any company that has registered fails to attend the show for any reason and informs the show organizer of its withdrawal before the Expo is held, its payment won't be returned.
*Any company registering to participate in the show must fill out, in advance, the registration form and the application form for water and power supply, and then hand the forms to the show organizer during the registration.
*Exhibitors can undertake booth decorating from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, December 4th and 5th,.
*If exhibitors need extra time for booth decoration, they are required to file applications with the show organizer and must shoulder any additional cost on their own.
*The show organizer won't offer any provisional space and service for exhibitors to put their articles at the showground. During the exhibition period, exhibitors are required to move all the non-exhibition items and large-sized wastes (such as wooden cartons) out of the showground.
The show will be open to the public free of charge immediately after the ribbon-cutting ceremony is held on the morning of December 6th, 2007.
4.Exhibit Dismantling & Removing:
*Exhibitors are required to dismantle and remove their exhibits from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm December 9th, 2007. Afterwards, all remaining exhibits will be dismantled and cleared away by the showground's cleaning staff commissioned by the show organizer, and the resulting expenses will be paid by the exhibitors.
*In case exhibitors undertake booth decorating on their own, they're required to ask their contracted decorators to dismantle and remove all the decorated articles (including carpets) after the show is over.
Basic Booth Set-up:
(Such service won't be offered to those who handle booth decoration on their own.)
*3m(length) X3m (width) X3m (height) partition boards are available for each booth of the same measurement (including three 100W spot-lights and 80% carpet.)
*One company logo is available for each exhibitor, with one more logo available for those who book three booths or more.
*One reception desk and two chairs for each exhibitor and an additional such set will be offered to those who book three booths or more.
