The Certified Student Leader (CSL) program is an excellent opportunity for you to develop into the successful leader your student organizations need and count on. This program helps student leaders and professional staff develop leadership skills and gain the tools needed to lead more effectively. The certification process, including an exam, focuses on quality leadership training and strengthens your campus organization with trained and trusted leaders.

Intensive workshops focus on four main areas of leadership:

1. Intentional and Inclusive Community Building: From Awareness to Collaboration

2. Communication and Conflict Resolution: Listen, Learn, and Speak

3. Organizational Management: Time, Space, and the "Effective Meeting"

4. Publicity and Promotion: Shared Vision and Best Practices
