The JPCC is a dynamic and informative industry conference provided for cooperatives, municipalities, utilities in the United States and their vendors and hosted by a utility each year.

To meet the needs of all utilities the conference is moved each year to the host's city and state.

It is the only utility conference in the United States that offers a "utility only" session and that only focuses on payments and tenders for utilities.

The conference provides utility representatives with the ability to hear about the latest trends and technology, state of the art payment information, rules, regulations, guidelines on utility payment processing, services and technology. In addition, they will hear from industry experts, hear whats on the horizon, learn about costs, tenders, statistics and trends, see hands on demonstrations and exhibits from payment vendors.

Utility and vendor representatives will participate in the daily sessions, discussions, round tables and have plenty of time to network.

Utilities will have the ability to participate in a "utility only" session where they are able to freely provide information on their current services, short and long term goals, ask and answer questions, offer informaiton on their payment concerns and learn from their peers on what is working, not working or whatever they wish to discuss.

Utility directors, managers, attorney's, senior management, coordinators, analysts, IT staff, treasury, customer service, customer accounting, remittance, billing, credit and collections, purchasing and decision makers will appreciate and learn from this conference.
