This conference continues the series of research seminars and conferences organized in 1995-2006. Details of previous events are available on www.aspe.spb.ru. Conference languages: Russian and English.

A limited number of travel and accommodation grants are available for participators of the conference. Conference registration fee is 500 Russian roubles (approximately $ 20). Attendance of the conference is free for ASPE members (provided they pay membership fee for 2007(500 roubles). Payments can be made either on line (www.aspe.spb.ru) or in person during registration. This registration/membership fee includes cost of conference materials and lunches during the conference.

The deadline for submission of Registration Form and Abstract (up to 500 words) is 30 September 2007. You will be notified about acceptance of your paper by 7 October 2007. The dead line for full text of papers is 15 October 2007.
