Description
Finance can add enormous value to the business by taking the leading role in performance measurement and reporting. To achieve this, the Finance Function needs to link financial performance objectives to the business strategy and identify non-financial performance measures that drive financial performance. In addition, it has to implement the IT systems that will collect and report the measures and ensure that the business knows how to use the new performance measures, process and IT systems.
This workshop will look at each aspect: Why, What and How. The theory will be brought to life through discussion groups, case studies on best practices and hands-on exercises drawn from the manufacturing, service and financial industries and the government / not-for-profit sectors. Where appropriate, the workshop will look at the role of performance management methodologies such as CSFs, KPIs, the balanced scorecards, strategy maps and performance dashboards.
With the workshop leader’s deep understanding and experience in Performance Management, this 2-day hands-on workshop aims to equip you with invaluable knowledge, tools and workable tips to design and implement performance management. Packed with real - life case studies and structured exercises, in-depth sharing of insights and techniques, this practical workshop will help you to avoid the pitfalls in performance management and provide real insight to your business to boost revenue and achieve corporate success.
