Gas contracts are high value business and a lot of money is made and lost on the commercial terms. Many projects slow down or fail because the gas contract chain, the contract terms and the negotiation process are not fully understood. Others go ahead but on unequal terms. Successful contracts need informed buyers, sellers and transporters.
This intensive 3 day course provides a detailed review of the most commonly used gas contracts, from types of country contracts to terminal use agreements. Participants will gain a thorough and practical understanding of how contracts work throughout the LNG chain.
