EastEuro Link is pleased to announce its 4th Annual Conference on Central and Eastern European Real Estate, entitled ‘CEE Real Estate- 2008 & Beyond’.

In recent years the Real Estate market in Central and Eastern Europe has gone through an unparalleled period of economic growth, with billions of pounds being invested into the region’s property markets. Over three quarters of investment has been in the office and commercial sectors, but significant financing of the residential and industrial property markets has also been achieved, particularly around the capital cities. Entry to the EU and increasing government legislation has opened the door further to foreign investment, yet as the markets begin to mature and opportunities become less readily available, will the CEE Real Estate market be able to sustain its profitability throughout 2008 and beyond? Problems with the global financial markets and the increasing emphasis on the CIS region may have the potential to slow investment rates unless effective counter strategies are pursued. This event will enable real estate companies and experts to discuss market trends and the best strategies to employ.

Following successful events in Belgrade, Sofia and Bucharest, this year’s conference will take place in the beautiful city of Prague in the Czech Republic. The meeting will be a tremendous opportunity for property developers, investors, valuers, real estate analysts and legal/financial consultants to discuss current trends in the CEE real estate markets and the best ways to maximise growth and profitability.
