The department of Management and simulation in economics at Vinnitsya National Technical University (Vinnitsya, Ukraine)under the auspices of the economic departments of the other Institutions of Higher Education together with the Ukrainian Federation of Wu-shu/ Kung – fu informs you about the Fifth informs you about the 5-th International Annual Conference on THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF MODERN ENTERPRISE’S ECONOMIC SECURITY, which will take place in Vinnitsya, UA, 22 – 25 May, 2008.
The scholars, candidates for master’s degree, students, business representatives, public officials and interested parties, who want to discuss the economic and financial aspects, procedural and institutional issues, intellectual, informational, social and psychophysical peculiarities of enterprise’s security are invited to attend the conference.





The conference will be focused on the objectives as follows:

• The development of the methodological and methodic aspects for the category of the enterprise’s economic security; the identification of its criteria and indicators;
• mathematical and analytical modelling of enterprise security in the context of evolutional and synergetic systemic impact;
• The development of the applicative security model within the framework of the enterprise performance providing.
The working languages are Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

The extreme leisure time activities on the territory of scenic and wild landscape of Vinnytsia Region are scheduled by the conference programme.

The proposed conference intends to take the following issues for an in-depth discussion and analysis:

• System paradigm of enterprise security management.
• Mathematical model approach to the enterprise security.
• Organizational and financial fundamentals of enterprise security.
• Social and psychophysical security factors in modern society and private security.
PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All the participants are to submit to organizers` consideration Registration (Application) Form, hard copy of their paper and its electronic version on two floppy diskettes.
• All the participants are requested to register by filling the application form (appendix A);
• Full papers should not exceed 8, but not less then 3 single spaced pages, including references, tables, and figures. Authors should use size 14 point Times New Roman font, the paper should be typed single-spaced, with 2-inch margins at the top, bottom, and sides of the page, on one side of A-4 size paper sheet. All pages must be numbered. All tables and figures must appear in the paper in their logical places. The paper should be arranged in the following sequence: Title, Authors, Introduction (should state the brief review, aim of the study and its rationale), Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References.
• Two flexible diskettes with the paper text file.
Original papers on the various above-mentioned areas of interest are invited. The areas mentioned above are only indicative and not exhaustive in coverage. The contributor can include any other topic falling under the broad gamut of the main theme.
Typescript requirements:

The title of the paper should be typed in bold upper-case letters. Having skipped a line, authors name(s) and institution should be typed in italic lower-case letters (all centered). Having skipped two lines the paper text should be typed intending the first line paragraph. The conclusions are to be given at the close of the paper. References should be presented in the language used in the original and should be typed using size 12 point Times New Roman font. References should be given in accordance with the following:
