Without Tactical Data Links (TDLs), network capabilities and aspirations for information superiority are an unachievable goal. TDLs are the business end of modern military communications and information sharing; they command serious investment from the military.

Budgets are tight, every capability must be justified and Tactical Data Links must continue to evolve…

Defence IQ’s 5th annual international Tactical Data Links conference will bring together senior military personnel from TDL programmes and leading figures from industry. This is the ideal opportunity to gain information on integration, next generation technologies and interoperability and to network with principal decision makers, to find out the key future challenges facing those in the military engaged with TDLs.

Ensuring successful integration and interoperability are two of the military’s
top priorities. With more nations coming into the fold, especially in the Central
and Eastern European (CEE) region, the issues of interoperability and
integration are crucial for any military looking for a clear strategic future in
successful applications of TDL’S .
