Call for Papers
The preparatory committee of Petra International Conference on Mathematics is pleased to invite you to participate in the conference due to be held at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University Oct. 23-25 Oct., 2007. Papers from all areas of Mathematics and Statistic stated below are welcome. Selected (refereed) papers will be published in a special volume of the conference proceedings.
Conference Objectives:
This conference aims at reviewing and discussing the latest trends, methods and theories on the three thematic areas stated below. Furthermore, the conference will provide a golden opportunity for participants to exchange knowledge and experience with scholars worldwide.

Languages of Conference-
Arabic and/or English
Papers
Papers submitted to the conference must be:
a-original and should meet the academic research standards
b- related to the core topics of the
conference
Participation-
One/Two-page abstract in Arabic or English
-(double space, 12pt. Times New Roman)
-should be submitted no later than August 15, -2007.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent to the participants within two weeks after the deadline (Aug. 15).
- The final draft of the entire paper (an electronic copy and a hard copy) should be submitted no later than Sept. 15, 2007.
- The conference schedule will be mailed/emailed to participants fifteen days ahead of the conference due date.
- Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, the organizing body of the conference, shall provide free accommodation and local transportations for presenters. The University is located on the outskirts of the city of Ma’an near the ancient Nabataean city of Petra, one of the new candidates for the new seven wonders.

- Participants form outside Jordan shall pay for their travel expenses.
