Given the special geographical situation of Iran and its location on international routes and its potential to become a "Transit Hub" in the future, the Ministry of Transportation and Roads of I. R. of Iran has decided to organize an international gathering entitled "2nd Iran Transit Forum" on 15-16 July 2007, in Tehran.
This Forum will focus on specific topics, such as:
1-Increase in economic efficiency of transit activities
2- Completion and Development of Infrastructures
3-Development & promotion of syndicated co-operations
4-Development & promotion of passenger transit & tourism facilities
This Forum will be attended by local and foreign Ministers of Transportation and Roads, key government authorities, senior decision makers, highly experienced experts and planners, CEO's of leading national and international companies, bankers and financial institutions, businessmen and investors, insurance companies, contractors and manufacturers.
Next to the Forum an Exhibition will be staged, providing an excellent opportunity for participants to gain innovative ideas, new contacts, technical knowledge and shared experience.
