Description Description:
It is not possible to be agile without self-discipline and focus, and so we see that the most effective agile teams use agile methods and are self-disciplined and stay highly focused on their purpose. In this day's activity, expect to learn a model of software development that underlies effective teams, and experience it yourself in a "game" setting.
