As illustrated by rising M&A deal flow and a newfound willingness to entertain offers from foreign entities, it appears that corporate Japan is finally considering a wider menu of strategic restructuring options. As a result, private equity firms and MNCs alike are making Japan a key part of their investment strategies. The Japan Corporate Restructuring Forum will bring together:
•C-level and senior strategy executives from Japanese corporations interested in learning more about their strategic options and enhancing corporate value through M&A. Complimentary attendance will be offered to the first 40 pre-qualified C-level execs.
•Financial investors, including buyout and hedge funds from Japan and around the world looking to make control investments in Japan
•Strategic investors and corporate buyers from Japan and around the world
•M&A facilitators and service providers including lenders, law firms, restructuring advisors, valuation consultants, and investment banks
