The Faculty of Education and Psychology, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and a number of public as well as private institutions in Khorassan Province are going to organize an international conference on the informal education to fulfill the following aims and objectives:
To attract the attention of responsible authorities and bodies involved in cultural and educational activities to the role of informal education to the development and promotion of public culture,
To encourage researchers in the fields of Education, Psychology, and Library Science to promote further research into the different aspects of informal education and its effectiveness,
To provide the opportunity for different governmental as well as non-governmental organizations and institutions both at the national and international levels to publicize their experiences for sharing and evaluation,
To re-think and reconstruct strategies of informal education in order to provide ideal environment for educational, scientific, social, ideological, political, ethical and cultural development of all people,
To reiterate the range of the application of educational, psychological and librarianship
knowledge to cultural and social institutions at the national and international levels.
