The conference will include technical and poster presentations, discussions, and tabletop exhibits, as well as ample opportunities for networking with friends & colleagues from around the world. The following major topics will be covered:

-Design and performance issues
-Marketing and distribution
-Special issues
We are inviting papers, poster presentations and commercial exhibits for this conference in the following general areas.
Materials; including wood and other cellulosic fibres, polymers, bioplastics, additives.
Processing technologies; including in-line compounding, extrusion, injection molding, foaming and nanobioprocessing.
Design and performance issues; including strength and physical properties, creep, durability, fire performance, codes & standards.
Marketing and distribution; including domestic and international markets, growth prospects, new market opportunities, impediments to growth.
Special issues; including concerns of intellectual property & litigation, need for industry association.
Abstracts (1000 words maximum) of presentations to be considered for inclusion in the technical programme should be submitted no later than September 14, 2007.
Final copies of all presentations accepted for the Conference will be required by March 7, 2008, and will be published in the Proceedings which will be given to all delegates at the Conference.
