| Description |
The Deutsche Geophysikalische Gesellschaft (German Geophysical Society) holds a yearly meeting in keeping with its aim to promote and disseminate geophysical knowledge in research, teaching and application. This conference is a forum for the presentation of studies from all areas of geophysics. Focal points of current research are emphasized. Plenary talks introduce current areas of research. Usually, this conference provides an overview of current geophysical research in German speaking countries. However, it is not limited to this. Working languages of the meeting are German and English.
