The Conference will provide a forum for innovators to discuss ideas, concepts and findings to date. The conference will bring together innovators from leading universities, research laboratories, Homeland Security Centers of Excellence, small businesses, system integrators and the end user community.
New this year, the Conference will feature parallel tracks with invited talks in non-overlapping technical sessions. Also, the Conference will contain a planned session on Detecting and Protecting Against Terrorist Surveillance.

The conference will be chaired by Ambassador Henry Cooper of High Frontier and Chairman of Applied Research Associates, Inc., Technical Program Chaired by Brig. General (Ret.) Phil Stowell, Applied Research Associates, and Program Development Chaired by Robert Hooks, Director of Transition of the US Department of Homeland Security. They will guide the conference towards solving real, imminent and developing threats to our Nation.
