We want to organize our Sales Conventions for 600 pax and we are looking for a meeting planning company that can organize this event in several destinations such as Miami, Las Vegas and San Francisco. Please include one general session room for 600 pax, classroom setup, 3 breakouts rooms for 200 pax each, 300 dbl dbl rooms, complete F&B functions, including welcome dinner and closing gala dinner. Also ground transportation, tours and off-site activities.
