2nd CALL FOR PAPERS AND PARTICIPATION

7th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON

HEALTH ECONOMICS, MANAGEMENT AND POLICY

10-13 JULY 2008, ATHENS, GREECE



The University of Athens (School of Law, Economics and Political Science) in collaboration with the Health Research Unit of the Athens Institute for Education and Research (ATINER) organize their 7th International Conference in Athens, Greece, 17-20 July 2008. There are two types of registration fees. First, a simple registration fee of €250 (euro), covering access to all sessions, 2 lunches, coffee breaks and conference material. Second, a full registration fee of €450 (euro), covering access to all sessions, 2 lunches, coffee breaks and conference material, a Greek night of entertainment, a dinner, a half-day tour to archaeological site in the Prefecture of Attica and a special one-day cruise in the Greek islands. Special arrangements will be made with local hotels for a limited number of rooms at a special conference rate.



The aim of the conference is to bring together scholars, researchers and students from all areas of health economics, management and policy. Special Sessions will be devoted to Equity and Poverty in Health, Pharmaceutical Economics, Quality of Life, Economic Evaluation, Health Care Reforms, Social Security, School Health Programs, and Health Related Business.



Selected (reviewed) papers will be published in a Special Volume of the Conference Proceedings.



Currently, there is no space for new submissions to be considered for presentation. However, if some of those accepted for presentation do not register by the due day, then new proposals can be considered.
