TheNutritionClass is made possible by WellSource Consulting, LLC. We are a team of nutritionists and Registered Dietitians (RDs) who believe that education is the answer to the world's rapidly spreading obesity problem.

We also believe that by eating well, eating as close to the source as possible, and eating a wide variety of foods, we can not only effect change in our bodies and minds but we can also promote environmental stewardship by respecting our earth and its ability to sustain us.
