Delegates will also take home a risk management toolbox, which is a collection of several practical checklists, forms and graphs useful for any organization. To ensure that exercises and discussion remains highly relevant to your job scope and sector, delegates will be divided into groups of four or five of similar background to ensure that they gain maximum value with practical knowledge relevant to their area of expertise. Our industry expert will also assist groups to develop Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) for their own specific projects, and delegates will be involved in planning, identifying, classifying, assessing, prioritizing risks, as well as creating mitigation strategies for handling the identified risks for specific projects. Delegates are set to return with strategic tools that will aid them reduce project surprises and meet owner expectations!
