Marketers are treading on slippery grounds. Maintaining differentiation is a major cause for concern. Quality once used to be a powerful differentiator. Firms used quality to develop edge over rivals. Not any more. Quality is a common denominator. It has become less effective in preventing customer switching. The same is the case with weakening loyalty. Erosion customer loyalty has become one of the serious concerns for the marketers.
The loyal customers allow marketers to reap the advantages of customer retention. Loyal customers are less likely to engage in an information search and exhibits less openness to information that extols rival offerings. The proposed Conference is being organized by MMIM aims at finding the amicable solutions to these issues.
OBJECTIVE OF THE CONFERENCE
To provide platform to the prominent academicians, executive and students to discuss various issues related to managing customer loyalty PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors are invited to submit detailed abstracts(up to 2 pages,single spaced, A4 sans-serif font, 12 point size 1 inch margins on all sides, APA style in all other aspects) in either openoffice.org(.odt/sxw),microsoftword(.doc), portable document format (.pdf) or generic rich text format(.rtf). The abstract may be sent as an email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org Selected paper will be invited for presentation in conference and published in Conference Proceedings .
CONFERENCE FEE & REGISTRATION:
Registration fee is Rs 500/- for each participant which may be sent by Demand draft in favour of Director MMIM Mullana, Ambala. The last date for registration is September 26,2008.
