Protein Discovering Development (PDD)
Venue: San Diego, CA
|Event Date/Time: Sep 08, 2008||End Date/Time: Sep 09, 2008|
Protein discovery is a crucial step toward drug discovery. Over the past few years, new technologies and methodologies, such as bioinformatics, x-ray crystallography and protein microarrays, have been used to determine the structures and mechanisms of novel proteins. Now that new proteins have been discovered, the question is, how do we use them?
GTCbio’s 2nd Annual Protein Therapeutics Discovery and Development Conference will explore the therapeutic applications of proteins, with a look at discovery and design of therapeutics, overcoming challenges associated with protein based drugs, and new tools and strategies in process development. Finally, attendees will get an update on novel developments in protein therapeutics.
Sessions will include:
- Therapeutic Drug Discovery and Design
- Novel Developments in Protein Based Therapeutics
- Discovery to Production: New Trends in Process Development
- Overcoming Challenges in Developing Protein Based Drugs
As in previous conferences, our goal is to create an environment for brainstorming and information exchange in all aspects of protein therapeutics research. This event also provides a unique venue for attendees to network and meet with leading experts in the most comfortable and informal of settings.
We hope you can join your colleagues at this unique forum.
