GTCbio is happy to announce the next installment of our popular Biomarker Series: Biomarker Discovery Europe 2008 to be held in Dublin, Ireland on Oct 2-3, 2008. If you’re familiar with our other conferences in the Biomarker Series: Oncology Biomarkers or Rediscovering Biomarkers, you know that GTCbio delivers up-to-date developments and unique topics, such as reimbursement strategies, that focus on furthering the field of biomarker research and discovery. Biomarker Discovery Europe 2008 will give you an opportunity to broaden your perspective as leaders, directors, vice presidents, heads, managers, academics and researchers, from the US, Europe and Asia connect to collaborate and discuss the latest developments in biomarkers. Dublin, Ireland is a fresh location that is a welcome change of pace from the heavily trafficked major conference cities in Europe. Biomarker Discovery Europe 2008 will include a discussion on the practical issues and concerns with biomarker usage in personalized medicine. Everyone is well aware of the perfect ideal of personalized medicines: correct diagnosis leading to the correct choice of therapeutics with the correct delivery method in the correct dosage. The reality, of course, is not so simplistic. This conference will tackle some of these issues and look at a practical path forward.
