Ministers of Health from 53 European Member States of the World Health Organization meet in Tallinn, Estonia to discuss ways to strengthen health systems towards improving health and wealth. Ministers of Finance and Social Welfare, experts and partners will join them to explore the links between health systems, health and wealth.
