MIPRO Croatian Society, IEEE Croatia Section, University of Zagreb and University of Rijeka will organize the conference. The conference is supported by Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia, Croatian Chamber of Economy, Primorsko-Goranska County, City of Rijeka and Croatian Telecommunications Agency. It continues the former conference Hypermedia and Grid Systems (HGS). The conference is traditional forum for scientists, engineers and practitioners in the merging area of Grid and Visualization Systems. Official language is English.

The conference is devoted to presenting and exploring scientific and technological advancements and original innovative applications in the field of Grid and Visualisation systems. Topics for this conference include, but are not limited to:

LOCATION

Opatija, often called the Nice of the Adriatic, is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Croatia and a place with the longest tourist tradition on the eastern part of Adriatic coast. Opatija is so attractive that at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries it was visited by the most prominent personalities: Giacomo Puccini, Pietro Mascagni, A. P.
