Description
This symposium will explore the developments that aircraft propulsion systems have made towards the overall targets.
Focusing specifically on the pandemic public concern of climate change via increased carbon dioxide emissions, the event will present developments towards more efficient propulsive and thermal propulsion systems. Topics such as low emissions combustion systems and alternative fuels will also be addressed.
Therefore the seminar will interest anyone concerned with tackling aviation’s targets for reduced fuel burn and emissions. It will benefit structural designers and manufacturers in the aerospace and related industries, as well as university departments, by giving the latest industry thinking on sustainable aviation propulsion and providing possible research topics.
