| Description |
The inaugural World Conference on Innovative VR 2009 (WIN VR 09) will be taking place in Chalon-sur-Saône, France, on 25 and 26 February 2009.
Virtual Reality Technologies are revolutionising product development processes in a wide variety of industries. WIN VR 09 brings together global experts to address state-of-the-art research, applications, perspectives and practices in Virtual Reality Technologies - to explore ways to accelerate the adoption of Virtual Reality and maximise the return on investments in it.
Discussing issues including the scientific and technological challenges, barriers to developing virtual reality, future trends and research focuses, measurement and justification, and cost-benefit analysis of VR projects, the conference will appeal to a wide range of engineering professionals, from a range of specialist fields.
Over 30 conference sessions - including technical visits and demonstrations - will be complimented by an exhibition and a social and networking programme. The conference is the result of collaboration between ASME Europe and AFM.
