World Civil Society:
Unite and Act! Let’s Breakthrough!!
The Purpose of this International gathering, in the first instance, is to strengthen cooperation among the civil society to unite their efforts in world interest and to act and achieve our common goals by:
Laying a strong foundation of a nuclear-free, democratic, sustainable, just and peaceful world order by bringing together inter governmental agencies, global leaders, civil society organizations, corporate representatives, media and children.
Creating a widespread awareness about issues like scarcity of safe drinking water, reform of governmental and corporate structures, more equitable distribution of resources, development of renewable energy programs and encourage dialogue to replace international conflict for achieving a breakthrough by creating a sustainable future.
Serving, we hope, in effect, to create the basis for a Union of Peoples, unattached to but which will take action to influence State, Nation, and Power Blocs, and which will foster Ground-Level Action Plans geared to Micro-Initiatives locally, as well as action globally, while being fully informed of the Co-Respecting Spirit of Human Variety as it dwells elsewhere, and Everywhere.
Adopting appropriate Resolutions, both collectively and separately, in all spheres, including Plans for instituting Means, Mechanisms, and Modalities to realize them, with a Spirit of Consensus, and establish the basis for future expansion of the Areas of Mutual Agreement in Ideas, Visions, and Possibilities.
Assembling the innovative ideas and creative experiences of non-governmental and international organizations and all sectors of civil society and articulate a vision for the future that recognizes the fundamental interdependence of humanity and suggests ways to move forward towards a New World.
