Public – Private Partnerships are increasingly seen as a favourable method in alleviating problems of underdevelopment and in spurring economies to create new capacities for growth.
The Conference is organised by the Faculty of Economics and Administration, University of Malaya. It attempts to address the issues and challenges pertaining to Public-Private Partnerships. It hopes to bring together scholars, government officers, private sector participants and civil society representatives to develop various propositions on how best to attain optimal Public - Private Partnerships and address issues of allocative efficiencies, transparency, and accountability. The Conference aims to cover a wide scope of Public - Private Partnerships, encompassing sub - themes in healthcare, education, infrastructure, sustainable development, media information and communication, research and development.
