Call for papers
Authors are invited to send one copy of full length paper by email or online submission process at After expert review the authors may be asked to submit the camera ready copy. All the submissions must be original and follow the IEEE standards. All the authors have to fill the copyright form. Copyright form must be submitted in hard copy while sending the registration form along with the Bank Draft. Selected Papers are expected to be published in IEEE Xplore Journal (approval awaited).

Paper Format
The body of the manuscript should be type set in double-column, single-space format. For fonts, choose at least 10 point font size, and we suggest to use the Times font family. Set each column width to 3.1 inches with a 0.3 in spacing, and justify the column margins, if possible. The title should be centered across the full page with the first letter of each major word in capital letters. It should be typed in bold face using 14 point font. Use 12 point regular font for author names, and 10 point italics for address information Section headings should be bold face with the first letter of each major word in capital letters. Number sections consecutively, starting with the Introduction. If sub-sections are needed, number them 1.1, 1.2, etc, and use bold face and smaller fonts (11 point for first level, and 10 point for second-level sub-headings).Figures should be numbered consecutively, and placed within the text; figure captions should be centered below the illustrations. The same applies to tables. Equations should be placed within the text, with equation numbers justified to the right margin. References should be numbered and cited within square brackets [1]. Provide a list of references at the end of the paper. Footnotes should be avoided. Papers should be submitted electronically first and after acceptance send the camera ready copy electronically as well as hardcopy with IEEE copyright form registration form and bank draft. The registration fee is to be paid through demand draft drawn in favor of ICAC’09 payable at Patiala, Punjab, India. Registration fee includes conference kit, copy of the proceedings, meals, refreshments and limited accommodation (when requested).
Limited and normal accommodation will be available in the University without any charge in the University Hostels. However Accommodation in hotels may be booked on request, against an advance booking amount. Hotels are located within 2 kms from the venue and the charges are INR 1000/- per night. Please plan your travel keeping in view of the conference schedule. You must inform us latest by March 1, 2009 for any advance hotel reservations.
This conference will provide a platform to industries/institutions to advertise their products/ services/ technologies. There can be exhibits/ workshops/stalls / Tutorials etc. from the sponsors of the conference. Sponsorship can be provided in the following categories
