This 3-day training course will provides project personnel a good understanding and overview of through life management and support. It shall examine topics such as whole life systems outlook, costing, involvement of stakeholders, through-life management plan, contractor logistic support, service delivery and evaluation, defence supply & support chains, and operational surge, in order to assess the risks and business opportunities within the commitments to programmes.

The course is designed for programme directors, project managers, systems engineers and military officers/users who are tasked with planning, directing and executing highly complex through life projects for the Ministry of Defence and military services. The course is designed to be rigorous where appropriate, while remaining accessible to students without a specific scientific background in this field.
