CSO said "great managers make great reps that produce great results" after finding that highly disciplined sales teams (ones that consistently used tools and processes) had significantly better sales results (73% of reps making quota vs. 59%) and lower rep turnover (17% vs. 31%) than undisciplined sales teams.
