In a very cost-driven market with fewer companies owning more market share and big companies increasingly focusing on custom hardware architectures, programmable hardware systems - including FPGAs, processors and memory components - are becoming increasingly important and boundaries between hardware and software more and more blurred.
As a result of the shift and developments within the market, this year’s event - the 4th in a series and for the first time organised together with Electronics Weekly - will be targeting the cross over in hardware and software design.
